If you are thinking about stopping smoking

Hypnotherapy has a track record in helping people become non-smokers, but it cannot make a person do something they either do not want to do, or are not committed to achieving. Two crucial questions to ask yourself therefore are:

  1. Do I really want to make this important change, and 

  2. Am I hoping someone will just hypnotise my habit away?

If you answer yes to Q1. and no to Q2 hypnotherapy may be of great assistance.

If you answer yes or no to Q1 and yes to Q2 it is almost certain that hypnotherapy will be of no more value than any other approach.  However, all is not lost, because hypnotherapy can help you discover your own inner motivation - if that is what you want.
