Appointments

I offer flexible appointment times including late evenings. I practise in London and Surrey:

London

The Waterloo Body Station, 103 Lower Marsh, London, SE1 7AB. Lower Marsh is two minutes walk from Waterloo Station.

Surrey

The Aston Clinic, 26 Kingston Road, New Malden, KT3 3LS. The clinic has plenty of parking.

Appointments are typically 60 – 75 minutes duration. There is no pressure to commit to a set number of sessions. It is your therapy and you remain in control of that at all times.

I recognise that it is not always easy to choose a therapist, or indeed know which of the many types of therapy available is appropriate for you. I am therefore more than happy to speak with you on the telephone prior to booking an appointment, to answer any questions you may have and for you to get a feel for whether I am the right therapist to help you achieve the goals you seek.

Missed appointments

I know that it is not always possible to keep an appointment but when appointments are changed or cancelled at the last minute it is usually impossible to then re-assign them to someone else. For this reason I request wherever possible that you give me 24 hours notice if you wish to change or cancel an appointment, otherwise a late change/cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee will be charged. If an appointment is missed and no notice is provided then the full consultation fee is due.
